Restaurants in Italy but more especially Turin, Piedmont and le Marche are almost always excellent. In Turin, restaurants cater for the locals, not for tourists. Many of the restaurants in Piedmont and Turin are amongst the best restaurants in Italy.

These restaurants are all those that my wife and I eat in regularly. They offer the finest of dining experiences, are virtually unknown to tourists and in few – if any - guide books. You will find the prices to be more reasonable and the food better than in the normal tourist traps. Piedmont Food is of such an exquisite quality that I seriously suggest you visit.
