A definite best restaurant selection in Italy. To call this place a restaurant doesn’t do it justice it is much more than that. It has been completely refurbished by owner Vittorio Cameli and on first appearance looks very strange. It reminds me of a wedding cake or something from Miami but please don’t tell Vittorio I said that. He would be most offended. Despite that I love this place. Inside the decor is fantastic bright fresh and airy, the decor seems in perfect harmony with the delicate well cooked and well presented seafood menu. The light dry white wines on the menu are the perfect accompaniment to the seafood recipes. For the best seafood in le Marche that is always true to local Marche traditions this is the place. The seafood spaghetti, fish kebabs and the scampi and zucchini are my favourites but anything on the menu is sure to be delicious. Only fresh seafood, caught the same day in the nearby Adriatic is used, and Vittorio is a firm believer in not overcooking or over-dressing, letting the fresh tastiness of the seafood and natural herbs come through beautifully. The prices, in relation to the quality, are very reasonable. Most main courses cost around 15 Euro and starters at less than 10 Euro – well worth it.
