The Best Lunch of Tagliarini

One day I was exploring from my cousins' place in Perosa Canavese and I drove over the Serra to Biella. In the old town, up the funicular, I remember having the best lunch of tagliarini (tagliaring as we say in piemonteis) in a beautiful small restaurant under the arcaded buildings...It was at Ca'Verna del Piazzo, Via Amedeo Avogadro 10, Biella.
Biella was quite an interesting place to explore. For those with an interest in history I also recommend a visit to nearby Candelo to see a well-preserved medieval walled village.
Andrew's reply: I know the area well although I don't know the restaurant you mention. I most certainly will try it next time I am in the Biella area. Biella is the area that the
cashmere I feature on the site is produced in so I try to visit fairly often.
