The Best Italian Cook Book?

If you want to learn to cook real Italian style and not the faux Italian cooking that is the subject of oh so many books then Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking is a book you need to read. I really enjoy the recipes for Polenta, meatballs and squid all of which are typical of the area around Marcella's home in Venice.
