Silver Spoon - The Classic of Italian Cuisine

The Silver Spoon has over a 1000 pages of Italian recipes, recently translated from Italian into several languages. I also lived several years in Italy (Milano) and these recipes really take me back. Cant believe this is not on your list.

The Silver Spoon is indeed one of the all time classics of Italian cuisine and a fantastic book with some really wonderful recipes.

In fact I did feature it when I first started the site but a lot of my American visitors complained about many of the ingredients not being available in the USA and because many of my visitors come from the USA I have tried to feature mainly books with recipes that are easy to reproduce with the ingredients available in the USA.

I do agree though that for anyone who really wants to really understand Italian cuisine then the Silver Spoon is a definite must and perhaps I should feature it once again.
