1) In a hot pan, toast the walnuts by dry frying them, then set aside.
2) Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
3) Fry the bacon until it begins to crisp, then add the onion and mushrooms, and fry until they begin to soften. Add the garlic and fry for a minute more.
4) Toss the gnocchi, walnuts and bacon mix with the parsley and crème fraiche, drizzle with a little more olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
