Beach Map of Liguria Italy
The map of Liguria Italy below shows the beaches and towns featured in our best beaches in Liguria guide. The beaches and towns running from east to west on the map are Levanto in the east, Varigotti, Finale Ligure and Balzi Rossi/Ventimiglia (last stop before the French Riviera).
Levanto is a great base to explore the eastern part of the coast being right on the doorstep of the fabulous Cinque Terre .
On the western part of the coast a great place to visit is the bit of coast running from San Remo to just before Imperia.
The railway that used to run along this part of the coast, almost on the beach, is now gone. It has been replaced by an amazing jogging, walking and cycling track that runs for over ten miles, with plenty of sandy beaches to stop at dotted along the way.
