An excellent Salami and the perfect hors d’oeuvre this salami should be accompanied by a strong, full bodied red wine – Barbera is ideal.
A Piedmont classic. Excellent for pasta, fondues and patés, ‘Black Truffle Butter Cream’ can be spread on croutons for a delicious and tasty hors d’oeuvre. This truffle butter is also excellent simply added on fried eggs just before serving.
Barolo and Barbaresco are the most suited wines for this palatable and important gourmet cheese.In my opinion on of the best gourmet Italian and Piedmont cheeses.
A little known Piedmont cheese. The Casutin is excellent on the barbeque but also melted over polenta or roasted bread slices.
